Order Acceptance Policy

Although we acknowledge receipt of your order through an electronic or other form of confirmation, this does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Almasi Aroma Saffron reserves the right to decline any order or limit the quantity of items within an order for any reason. Payments are processed via credit card and are subject to the authorization of the issuing financial institution. We are not liable for any issues arising from your financial institution’s refusal to authorize a transaction. For orders exceeding certain financial thresholds, we may request pre-approval and/or additional identification verification before processing.

International Sales

Please note that we currently do not ship products outside of the United States.

Typographical Errors

In the event that a product is mistakenly listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect specifications, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for such product. If your credit card has been charged and the order is subsequently canceled, we will issue an immediate credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charged sum.

Product Availability

Almasi Aroma Saffron does not guarantee the availability of any product listed on the Site. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or cease the sale of any product at any time without prior notice. Should a product be unavailable after an order is placed, we will inform you accordingly.

Shipping and Delivery

We strive to deliver products within the advertised time frames; however, we are not responsible for any delays that are reasonably beyond our control. Ground Shipping typically takes up to 6 business days, and Express Shipping takes up to 3 business days. Please note that these shipping times commence after the order has been processed, which may take 2 to 3 business days due to high demand.

We disclaim liability for delays or disruptions in shipping due to circumstances such as extreme weather conditions, labor strikes, governmental actions, or other situations that are beyond our or our carriers’ control.

Payment Methods

We accept payments through credit cards (VISA, Discover, Mastercard, and American Express), Amazon Pay, and PayPal. All transactions are processed in U.S. Dollars. Taxes may be applied to non-food items depending on the shipping address. We do not accept checks or money orders for retail transactions.
